2Definitions

Provider

Tibor Tóth EV, providing digital services through the aisolve.me network.

Customer / Client

The legal or natural person using the services.

Framework GTC

The basic document defining the framework of cooperation between the parties (this Framework GTC).

Specific GTC

A separate set of conditions for a specific service type, valid together with the Framework GTC.

Checkbox Acceptance

The contract is established by actively checking the checkbox on the website.

3Subject and AI Framework

Basic Services

The Provider offers artificial intelligence-based solutions, automation, and web development for SMEs and individual entrepreneurs. Using the services requires express acceptance of this Framework GTC and the relevant Specific GTC.

AI Technology Disclosure

We use advanced large language models (LLM) and AI agents in our services. The Customer acknowledges that AI outputs (generated text, code, answers) are based on statistical probability.

Given the current state of AI technology, inaccuracies (so-called hallucinations) may occur; business validation and verification of outputs remain the Customer's responsibility. The Customer is required to ensure a 'Human-in-the-loop' (human supervision) process before publishing AI-generated content.

4General Terms of Cooperation

Confidentiality

Parties shall maintain the confidentiality of all trade secrets and sensitive information disclosed during the contract.

Intellectual Property

License rights for custom software and code developed by the Provider belong to the Customer upon fulfillment of lease or purchase conditions. The Customer acknowledges that the copyright protection of AI agent-generated outputs (e.g., texts) may vary by country.

5Pricing and Performance

Specific fees are recorded on the subpage belonging to the given service or in an individual price offer.

6Right of Withdrawal

The Customer, if qualifying as a natural person (consumer), is entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal without justification under Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) from the date of order. If the performance of the service has begun with the consumer's express consent within the 14-day period, the consumer loses their right of withdrawal. In case of B2B (business-to-business) contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the Customer.

7Payment Terms

Monthly fees are due within the first 15 days of each month (at the latest by the 15th of the month) and must reach the Provider. Payment methods: Bank transfer, Bank card payment, PayPal. In case of a 15-day delay, the service is suspended; after 30 days, the contract is terminated.

8Complaint Handling

The Customer can contact the Provider with complaints at pro@aisolve.me. The Provider will examine and respond to the received complaint within 30 days. In case of legal dispute, you may turn to the competent Conciliation Body according to your place of residence.

9Data Management

Details: Privacy Policy. Data processing between the parties is governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) included in the Privacy Policy.

10Legal Disputes and Amendments

The Provider is entitled to modify the Framework GTC by publishing it on the website. Existing Customers will also be notified of modifications affecting data processing or pricing by e-mail at least 15 days before entry into force. In case of legal dispute, Hungarian courts have jurisdiction, and Hungarian law is applicable.

By accepting the GTC, the Customer declares that they have understood the specificities of AI technology and the scopes of responsibility.
