BASIC CONCEPTS

2.1

PROVIDER:The individual entrepreneur identified by the data above, providing website development and operation services through the aisolve.me website.

2.2

CUSTOMER:The natural or legal person who orders the Provider's service through the online ordering process and accepts the terms of the GTC.

2.3

SERVICE:Design, development, operation, and maintenance of the website, and the performance of other tasks specified in the given package.

2.4

RENTAL STRUCTURE:The Customer does not acquire ownership of the website but is entitled to use it in exchange for a monthly fee according to the conditions defined in this GTC.

2.5

ORDER:The completion of the online order form by the Customer and acceptance of the GTC, by which the binding offer is established.

Service Content and Process

3.1 Development Process

The Provider creates a modern, responsive (mobile-friendly) website. Phases of development: design, coding, testing, launch.

3.2 Rental Structure

The software operates in a rental model, which includes server fees and continuous updates.

Ownership can be acquired after paying 36 monthly fees, or through a one-time buyout.

3.3 Delivery Deadline

The deadline for website completion is max 14 days; custom duration for unique features defined after specification fixing.

Operation and Maintenance

The monthly fee includes: SSL certificate, weekly security backups, unique software engine updates, and 4 hours of minor content modifications or feature developments per month. Developments exceeding 4 hours are subject to custom pricing and separate agreement.

MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

The rental agreement concluded on the basis of this GTC has a minimum duration of 12 (twelve) months.

The contract remains in force for at least 12 months from the confirmation of the order.
Within the minimum 12-month period, the Customer may not terminate the contract unilaterally by ordinary notice.
Monthly fees due during the minimum period are payable every month, regardless of the active use of the website.
After the 12 months, the contract becomes indefinite and can be terminated with 30 days' notice.

POSSIBILITY OF PURCHASING THE WEBSITE

The Customer is entitled to acquire full ownership of the website by paying a lump-sum purchase fee. In this case, the rental relationship is terminated.

Intent to purchase must be indicated in writing (by e-mail to pro@aisolve.me).

PAYMENT TERMS

Monthly fees are due within the first 15 days of each month (at the latest by the 15th of the month) and must reach the Provider. Payment methods: Bank transfer, Bank card payment, PayPal. In case of a 15-day delay, the service is suspended; after 30 days, the contract is terminated.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We undertake a 100% satisfaction guarantee for the 14-day creation period. If it is not ready on time or does not meet your needs, you have no payment obligation whatsoever.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

Providing necessary materials within 5 business days, feedback within 3 business days, and payment of fees on time.

PROVIDER OBLIGATIONS

Professional development, providing 99.5% availability, providing monthly development budget, and data security.

TERMINATION

After the 12-month commitment period, with 30 days' notice. Immediate termination in case of serious breach of contract or fee arrears.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website remains the property of the Provider until the purchase price is paid; the Customer has exclusive right of use.

DATA MANAGEMENT AND GDPR

The Provider processes the Customer's personal data for the purpose of contract fulfillment, billing obligation, and contact. The list of technical sub-processors used for operation (e.g., OVH SAS server infrastructure) and detailed information are available on the Privacy Policy page.

COMPLAINT HANDLING

Reporting complaints via e-mail (pro@aisolve.me). Use of a conciliation body is possible.

MODIFICATION OF THE GTC

Right to unilateral modification with at least 15 days' prior notice.

OTHER PROVISIONS

The contract enters into force by checking the checkbox. IP address and time are recorded.

DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT (DPA)

The Provider constitutes a data processor on behalf of the Customer regarding all data that the Customer makes available to the Provider during the operation of the website. Detailed terms form part of the Privacy Policy.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (FOR CONSUMERS)

A Customer qualifying as a consumer may withdraw from the contract without justification within 14 days of ordering the service, unless the performance of the service has already begun with their express prior consent. Withdrawal intent must be indicated by e-mail (pro@aisolve.me).
