Functions

Handling incoming calls, providing information, recording bookings, or initiating outgoing calls (lead qualification) using AI.

3. Contract Establishment

The contract is established between the Customer and the Provider by actively checking the checkbox on the website or by written acceptance of a custom offer. Acceptance of the GTC is a mandatory condition for using the service. The system records the IP address and time of acceptance.

Technical Conditions and Rights

Recording and analysis of calls form an integral part of the service.

  • The Customer is obliged to ensure that called parties are informed about the use of AI.
  • Call minutes are settled based on current Twilio or Vapi API pricing.
  • Rights of speech synthesis (TTS) belong to the Customer within the framework of the given project upon payment of the rental fee.

Commitment Period

Due to the complexity of technical configuration, the minimum rental period is 12 months.

8. Call Recording and GDPR

Calls are recorded for the Provider's legitimate business interest (billing, quality control) and upon the Customer's instructions based on GDPR Article 6(1)(f).

  • Legal Basis: Performance of contract between Customer and Caller, or the Customer's legitimate interest. Processing of special categories of data is prohibited.
  • Information: It is the Customer's responsibility and obligation to provide an automatic voice notice at the beginning of the call: 'Welcome! Please be informed that this call is handled by artificial intelligence and is recorded for quality assurance purposes. By continuing the call, you consent to this.'
  • Data Retention: Voice recordings are stored for 30 days, while text transcripts are kept for the duration of the contract (or until a deletion request) in a secure, encrypted environment.

    After the 12-month commitment period, the service can be terminated with 30 days' notice in writing (email) effective at the end of the calendar month. Customers qualifying as consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of order, unless technical configuration has begun at their express request.

    Customers can contact the Provider with complaints at legal@aisolve.me. The Provider will examine and respond to complaints within 30 days. In case of legal dispute, you may turn to the competent Conciliation Body according to your residence.

    7. Data Processing (DPA)

    Since calls are recorded and processed, the Provider acts as a data processor. Detailed technical and legal guarantees form part of the <a href="/privacy" class="text-purple-400 hover:text-purple-300 underline">Privacy Policy</a>.

    Stable VoIP connection is required for voice-based AI services.
